Service Board vs End User

C: I sent an email in on x date requesting service.
Me: Did you get an automated response telling you we received it?
C: No
Me: Then we didn’t get it. How can I help you?
C: I need a service call today at x time?
Me: sure, who will be paying for services?
C: ummmmm, why does that matter?

Me: You work for x as a 1099 employee and you are requesting work at their location probably hoping that they will pay the bill. I am asking you who is paying the bill since the approved people on their profile aren’t calling asking for service.

C: I guess I will find out and call you back

(they never called back)

Me: cancelled ticket and updated owner that said employee “tried” to create a work order
