Me: Okay can you send me the Serial number should be a manufacturer label with the model name and serial number.
User: Windows 7 Pro – Serial number: writes out the product key.
Me: No sorry it should be a manufacture serial number and model number on the back or the side consisting of two separate strings of numbers.
User: Sends picture of the same Windows 7 “serial number”.
Before I had a chance to reply another email came through.
