you should appreciate this. I just had a conference call with a gentleman from out of state. He asked me if I would work with him because he is a startup company. I told him that I am actually cheaper than the going rate in Polk County which is $150+ an hour. He said I appreciate that…. But here in X the going rate is $50 an hour. He was questioning my payment terms and conditions (there are 3 options). He thought he had to give me $300 up front. I said no sir if you read it it gives you three options. And my preference is option number 3 where I keep a credit card on file and we charge the card as soon as we are done with the ticket. At the end of the conversation he ended it stating I really like you LOL you have a great contract and are firm with your rate and decisions.
