Me: I’m not apple and I don’t know any of your information to try and request a reset

C: you’re IT can’t you just hack it

Me: I’m not a hacker

C: you should you’d make a lot of money

Me: call apple support it’s free

C: But they take to long to do anything

Me: they are free

C: good point, I will call them.
