After being transferred to four techs ALL TIER 1, the last tech is a Payroll tech and has seen this problem and can fix it.
In total today I have spent 4 hours on tech support call for them too a jenky fix that I know will break in less than a week. I will bet a cup of coffee on it.

UPDATE: Two days later the customer calls and says its doing the same thing.
