C: Yeah – I push the button, and it pops out. It’s not very sturdy though! Oh an it’s a Dell.
Me: I am sorry to inform you, that is not a cupholder. That is call an optical drive or also know as a CD / DVD Drive. It is where you place discs to read / write off of.
C: Oh. In that case, I need you to replace this drive. Mine is broken.
