I received and email that says HELP, error message a piece of software. *No other information.*
Me (Calling customer hoping she hasn’t exited the error dialog box) Hi C can you read the error message out to me:
C: “The software you are opening requires a license. All available licenses are currently in use. Please ask a co-worker to exit the program or buy more licenses.”
C: “What should I do?”
Me: (after lowering my eyebrows back down to their normal height) Well, I imagine you should either ask a co-worker not using the program to exit and try again, or ask your director to buy more licenses for your department.
