Me: No you pay them annually for use of their office products
C: how do I check?
Me: go to their site office.microsoft.com, log-on and it is under billing
C: it’s installing
Me: that’s not what I said to do. It’s already installed, you just had to update your credit card information.
C: well it’s not working. Can you remote in to fix it?
Me: (remotes in)closes outlook. Reopens outlook. fixed.
